ComplainHero will not review the content of user complaints or merchant replies, nor will it investigate them to ensure accuracy, completeness, reliability, and effectiveness, nor will it draw any conclusions. The user assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the submitted content.
ComplainHero will pass the user complaints and suggestions to the related merchants for follow-up, together with the users' contact information.
ComplainHero does not guarantee that all complaints will be dealt with, and will not make any compensation for cases in such case.
ComplainHero will not accept cases that have been accepted or handled by courts, arbitration institutions or other institutions including the Consumer Council.
The ComplainHero is a bridge connecting consumers and merchants, and has no responsibility to resolve user complaints.
ComplainHero reserves the right to terminate the service at any time, including not continuing to follow up any user's complaints or suspension, and to terminate or change all or any part of its website and service scope without prior notice.
